Application Profile Building

Before the applications

  1. Through one-on-one or in-person counseling and communication, We will thoroughly assess the student's language skills, academic interests, and extracurricular activities. Based on this understanding, we will provide a preliminary list of schools to apply to and create an initial program plan.

  2. We will customize the list of schools to be visited, considering the student's interests, academic strengths, and future college goals. This involves discussions with admissions officers and school principals, as well as gaining insights into the characteristics of U.S. private middle and high schools to refine the list for future applications.

  3. A three-member application counseling team will be established to help students plan their academic and extracurricular activities ahead of time. The team will focus on factors relevant to U.S. high school applications.

During the application season

  1. FAOA counselors maintain close communication with students and parents, explaining the criteria for preparing application materials and guiding families in assembling application materials, including transcripts and recommendation choices.

  2. FAOA counselors collaborate with students and parents to complete application documents while guiding them through necessary refinements and revisions.

  3. FAOA counselors provide interview training to students and parents, explaining the basic requirements for the interview, guiding students on interview etiquette and attire, and helping them organize their interview thoughts.

Post applications

  1. FAOA counselors maintain close contact with the admissions office, provide timely supplementary admissions materials, and develop supplementary admissions strategies.

  2. FAOA counselors analyze each school's characteristics, culture, and campus atmosphere to help students make the most suitable choice.
